You could have taken on the teach by stating that "vulgar" simply means "common, base, of the masses" and that as a proud member of the Singaporean heartland vulgar is most certainly what you are, and therefore speech suited to your station should not be an issue.

Anyway, what else should you call it: male bovine defecating?

I showed this to one of my friends (super-smart chem and science buff) and we were laughing hysterically. I do similar things when I don't know. My physics teacher always said to draw a picture (force vector diagram) if we didn't know...so when I didn't know anything I would draw a picture of the problem (one time I drew a lovely picture of a space ship and stars and the world and all sorts of things).

I don't know why there are ticks next to the answers. Probably as an acknowledgement that the teacher has seen the answers. But you'll notice though, that no marks were awarded.
